The client came with one sentence: “I want to build an app that improves mental health through humor.” No specs, no wireframes, no technical choices — just a raw concept. The challenge was to transform this vague idea into a complete digital product: define the product strategy, architect 8 core modules, design the user experience, build the technology with AI-powered recommendations, and ship it to the App Store. All while handling the sensitivity of mental health, the complexity of real-time data analysis, and coordinating a team across France, Spain, Canada, and the UK.

We started from zero with product strategy — defining the full architecture: a mood journal for daily tracking, an AI-powered analysis engine with graphs and personalized recommendations, a knowledge library with scientifically validated content, a community space, user profiles, content sharing, and EKO — a custom AI chat assistant. EKO supports users emotionally, guides them through exercises, detects signs of distress including suicidal thoughts, and triggers safety protocols with professional intervention. We built a comprehensive RAG system loaded with psychology and humor research for general knowledge, combined with each user's personal mood data for truly personalized recommendations. All UX was designed in Figma, then built on Bubble — first as a web app, then converted to a native mobile app. The landing page was built separately on Webflow.

A complete mental health application live on the App Store, built entirely in no-code on Bubble, with AI-powered mood tracking, real-time analysis, personalized recommendations in under 0.3 seconds, and EKO — an AI chat that supports, guides, and protects users. Over 1,000 active users in 6 months, with partners including FNAC already on board. The project was selected by a prestigious Parisian incubator — validating both the concept and the execution quality. We continue to handle design, development, and maintenance as the product scales toward its fundraising round.
