Connecting restaurants with talent: an Airbnb-inspired UX and a lead magnet that changed the game.

Le Barman Vous Recrute is a SaaS platform connecting restaurants and bars with hospitality workers. The product was working, but the website (built on WordPress) didn't match the ambition. The challenge was to redesign the experience to drive direct action from the homepage, and to create a lead generation tool that would capture contacts at scale in an industry where people don't typically have polished CVs.

We started with product strategy, reimagining the homepage experience inspired by Airbnb: a clean hero with a search bar front and center, pushing users to take action immediately. We then designed and built a technically complex lead magnet: a free CV builder where hospitality workers fill in their details through a guided questionnaire and see their CV being built in real-time, not on the next step, but live as they type. Template selection, personal info, experience, all reflected instantly in a visual preview. The entire site was migrated from WordPress to Webflow, with the UX designed in Figma.

A modern recruitment platform that drives action from the first second, powered by a lead magnet that proved irresistible to its audience: a free, effortless CV in minutes, tailored for hospitality professionals. Monthly lead volume increased by 30% thanks to the CV builder alone.
