The Challenge

ReLuxury is an annual event showcasing how luxury can be sustainable — through repair, resale, and rethinking. The first edition was held at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Geneva, featuring 40+ exhibitors including Richard Mille, Breitling, eBay, and Pavés. The organizers had the venue, the sponsors, and the exhibitors — but with only 3 months to go, they had nothing in place to attract visitors. No website, no digital presence, no ad campaigns, no ticketing. Everything had to be built from zero, fast, and at the standard luxury brands demand. This was the first event of its kind in the world.

The Process

We delivered the website in 8 days — designed on Figma, built on Webflow, with a premium luxury aesthetic and integrated ticketing for registration. In parallel, we launched the full digital communication: targeted Meta Ads campaigns across Switzerland and France, promotional videos distributed in Geneva airport, on taxi screens, and across social media. We created the Instagram account, produced the entire content feed leading up to and during the 3-day event, and had a community manager on-site capturing photos and video. Every piece of content was produced in close collaboration with partner brands — respecting strict brand guidelines from names like Richard Mille, Breitling, and eBay.

The Results

A first edition that exceeded all expectations. From zero digital presence to over 4,000 visitors across 3 days at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Geneva — the first event of its kind in the world. Proving that speed and quality aren't mutually exclusive when the right team is in place. The event has since become an annual reference in the luxury sustainability space.
