The Challenge

Yale Creek Ranch is a luxury property in the US offering accommodation and event spaces across a stunning ranch. They needed their own booking website — but the real challenge wasn't the site itself. Their properties were listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and several US-specific platforms. Without a central system, double bookings were a constant risk. They needed a platform where guests could book and pay directly, while keeping availability perfectly synchronized across every channel in real-time.

The Process

We designed the booking experience on Figma — showcasing the property, the individual spaces, and the exceptional setting for events. The site was built on Bubble with integrated payment processing. The real technical achievement was the central automation system built on n8n: whenever a booking is made on any platform — the website, Airbnb, Booking.com, or others — the system instantly updates availability across all channels. No manual intervention, no double bookings, fully automated. This central brain handles calendar sync, availability updates, and booking confirmations across 5 platforms simultaneously.

The Results

A luxury booking platform that showcases the ranch at its best, with direct payment processing and zero double-booking risk. The n8n automation system keeps 5 platforms in perfect sync, 24/7, without any human intervention. Delivered in just 6 weeks from first design to live bookings.
